We have recently installed the free CD burning software CDBurnerXP Pro on some machines which are used with whiteboards. When ActivStudio is loaded it sets off an installation process of CDBurnerXP. If the process allowed to complete then it wont happen again. But the process will only complete for system admins. I have tried letting it finish as local Administrator and then copying the local administrator profile to the default user folder. We use this method to solve a similar issue with Microsoft Office. But this method hasnt worked this time around. Any help will be much appreciated.
