Scholastic are doing some brilliant interactive posters/activities.
http://www.scholastic.co.uk/magazines/interactive.htm They are obviously linked to their mags, but worth a visit as they are a really good starting place for use with iwbs. April's Child Ed is a poster of Ahlberg's Peepo with all sorts of ideas and suggestions including an article from a teacher using AP to exploit its full potential... but you will need to buy the mag to get that bit, but the downloadable resources iincluding the posters are still an excellent resource.
The Virtual Dig in Junior Ed has been a rip roaring success!

Our own webpages have some flipcharts which are linked to some articles written for Scholastic at various times over the last few months. May's Junior Ed has some articles written by teachers using AP in their classrooms.
