I'm new! Help!

I'm completely new to ACTIVstudio, and also disappointed with the shared resources we have at the school.

I'm looking for any advice at all for gathering my own bank of resources, anything from backgrounds to sound clips.

I teach Business Studies by the way so anything remotely useful would be excellent.
