Printing ACTIVote responses for a quiz/test grade?

Could anyone tell me if the following is possible: If you give a quiz using the Activotes that consists of several questions, at the end of the quiz, can you retrieve a report that has all of the students' responses for the entire quiz in order to assign a grade? There are several teachers in our building who have tried to figure this out, but, so far, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated....:). Thank you!!!!! :D

One way to do it would be to save the final result to a flipchart page and print it out. I have done it that way.

Sure can, as long as you set up the Voting in 'Named mode' beforehand. You will need to register the devices to the board, then allocate each device to a specific user.
When you have finished voting BEFORE you close the Flipchart, click on Promethean Man > Flipchart > Export > ACTIVote results
If you select XLS (Excel) you can create an Excel spreadsheet which will show the details of the voting and the questions.

You can also export the results to excel or word pad in anonymous mode as well.

It will just show the vote numbers in the space instead of names.

The 'export to excel' feature is very handy if you want to use the results to assign groupings for the next lesson (particularly in Maths) or establish which kids might need teacher input on a particular topic (identified in the results). There is also a neat thing you can do in Excel using the 'Data' menu, then 'sort' once you've selected all the data which will make it easier to identify rights from wrongs and who did what etc. Michele Horsb' knows more about this.
