+wave+ Those sound resources are completely awesome. I had seen the other stuff but they are a revelation...
Thank you so much for posting the address. I should have known about them but Lgfl are not great about keeping schools updated.

They are perfect for flips - scene building, story telling, news casts.... So many ideas I think I may have to have a rest!

Unfortunately I cannot get to the page showing the sound clips from home. I get a page saying that it is the Audio Network security page and that the IP address from which I am trying to connect is not known to correspond to a 'licenced education establishment'. If I was a maintained school in the UK this would work. :( So I guess I'll have to pop into one of my friendly schools and download all I can there.

It's a shame as it would have been good to have done this in preparation from home :mad:

Oh well..... any other sound clip places welcomed!

I had that problem too and asked nicely if I could have access from my school owned laptop but alas 'rules is rules' ... so I am sitting here now downloading for all I'm worth!!
On the plus side it's nice to have a really cool resource all free of charge - just for being a teacher!! :D
