fab use of the magnifying glass idea

How do you create the foggy or mist layers?

It is just made up of several layers of an image( that fills the page) that has had its translucency increased. If you drag one of the layers into your resource library you will be able to recreate the same effect over an image.

So with the ease of the transparency slider now we can create a similar effect with one layer and simply increase the transparency. That idea can be used in a ton of instances! Thanks!
