Installing Software on Laptop

We have the ActivStudio 1.9 installed and everything works fine but I want to install the software on my laptop so I can create some lesson activities at home.

I am running Windows XP and when I attempted to install it, didn't work. A message came up "You are attempting to install the software in a Windows XP environment" and then the installation stops. Is there an answer to this?

Sorry I can't give you an answer here as it could be a number of things. As this is likely to go down the "technical route" would you be so kind as to ring our technical support on 01254298580. It would be helpful for you to have the laptop nearby when ringing.

I've installed it onto a laptop running Windows XP and worked fine... sorry don't know what's wrong!
