ACTIVote Device Registration

first time i went in to divice registion i go to activvote and then go to United Kingdom and then it says software combonation is not pemited for this country and i have tried this 2 times and the same thing keeps comeing up so can you help me on what to do thank you

Hi Luke,

Forgive me if I am asking an obvious question.... are you connected to a board when you have gone to Device Registration?

If you are....

Then what type of board are you using?

Does it have a blue and red light in the top left hand corner?
Does it have a Promethean man holding a globe in the left hand corner?

If it is the former then you do need to ensure that you have a pod attached. This pod should be attached whilst the board is switched off. Then turn everything back on and make your laptop/pc the last piece of equipment to turn on.

Before you try registering the devices ensure that there is no red cross through the AV icon in your taskbar.

I think that is most of the obvious... however, I do think that the best advice I can give you is to ring Tech Support as presented in the top right hand corner of this window....
