Battery Carrier

I )and my students) are very happy with our Activotes and have experienced very few problems with them however (you knew there had to be an "however") one of them had developed a problem. Upon inspection, I noticed that the center battery was loose in the carriage. I tried spreading the springs but the problem continued. It works intermittently. I have moved the carrier to other activotes and the problem moves with it.
Anyone else have a similar issue? Is there a fix? ????

I had the same happen to me. Just keep trying to find the right spot to bend the prongs where you make complete contact. Keep trying!
