I am having a problem with one board in our district the isnot connecting to the computer. I have tried a Mac and a Windows machine with no visible result. The teacher says the board was working and connecting before the Christmas break but when he returned it wouldn't connect. My usual rsponse to that kind of trouble (after the usual troubleshooting of computer and USB cable) is to reintall or update the firmware in the board but I couldn't get any of my computers to connect to it. I have sent email to Tech support and they have tried to return the call but I don't work at the same site and the teacher in question didn't know enouch to follow directions.
Anybody have a clue as to what has happened or how to fix it????
