ACTIVStudio will not launch

Hi there, I have ACTIVStudio installed on several Macs running 10.3.9 on a small classroom workgroup. Before Christmas I was able to launch the application OK, but now the icon just bounces once in the Dock and nothing else happens. Any ideas?

Hi,

What version/build number of the software are you using? b14 or b16?

Looks like toolbox layout includes items which names have accented/different encodding symbols.
To troubleshoot please trash your ACTIVstudio toolboxes layout file from the following location:
~/Documents/Promethean/ACTIVstudio2/Layout.lay

If you have a managed network, your techs may have done some maintenance that corrupted the software. It may be as easy as reinstalling the program. That has happened at our school with other software.
