This is a bit of a mess, but it took ages, so I'm not starting again. The idea is to use the dice roll (1 dice) to build a santa. 4 teams. You must get a 6 first for the body, then you can add head when you roll a 5, arms(3) and legs (4). You can't add a hat until you have a head, and the sack is last. When 1 team has finished, add up the number of parts for each team and have another round. It's a beetle drive with santas. Make up your own rules to suit the pupils you have. ~Happy Xmas. Dave.
