Red Light on radioactiv box

Hi I've sort of inherited a promethian activboard & activote, but can't get it working.
I've installed the software and driver and the board works fine. When I plug in the radioactiv box the red light comes on and the voting devices cannot register.

Can anybody help?

There is a specific order in which you need to set this up.... esp. if this is for the first time. I suggest you contact technical support. The "pod" needs to be added before you turn anything on. You may have damaged it :eek:
