Hihi!

Sad that I thought of you guys when I came across this (I'm not even at work!?). Might be useful for a Primary School to use as a little play activity in the week running up to christmas???

Now this is techie... so I want lots of recognition [clap] [clap] although, I have my friend Dan Bunker to thank for this gem of knowledge.

Whenever you run anything like this snowman thingy.... or anything "flash" based I always believed that you would need to somehow save this to run it "offline". BUT ahahahahaaaaaahhhhhhh.....{} {} {} {} {} {}

Go to your IE Browser>Tools>Internet Options>Settings>View Files You will be shown a list of recently accessed files and docs. If you sort them according to size, or type or date accessed you should be able to establish/identify the file you are looking for - in this case.....snowfun[1].swf

If you copy this file to somewhere on your hard drive it means you have access to it whenever you want. If you want to run this within a flp. you could link to it and hey - "you too could be a "flash techie" :eek: :eek:

Now I reckon that is really cool.... and yes I do need to get out more.... but hey don't you think that's cool too????

Isn't technology wonderful when you know what you are doing!!

Just to add......

Don't want to get carried away here and start encouraging people to exploit materials on the web when clearly they don't belong to anyone other than the author!

So if you do choose to use this way of ensuring you can access good materials "offline" then please do credit and acknowledge the source.
It is the facility whereby you can access it offline that I want to emphasise here! [clap]

A lot different to my method, Margaret, but yours works better for non-techie people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! +wave+

Have you had a look at the Gallery of what people have created ? :D
