Named Mode

Just had a very strange experience with ACTIVote... am trying to set up named mode for a tutor but it's being a royal pain in the bum. Here's that I did...


Exited and saved the changes - it's actually saved them fine
Went to allocate devices to each user (simulation - pretended that all but two were absent)
It allocated the devices ok - I can test the devices in that screen and it works
When I click exit, I'm back to the "ACTIVote > Session" screen.... but there's no users there?? Been back and tried several times but to no avail.


Any ideas??? ????

Sounds like you need to fix which can be found in the "software bug affecting activote named user session mode" in the activstudio professional edition forum - I'd add a link to it like I've seen other people do but I can't work out how to do it!
