Snap to position

I want to be able to perform a drag and drop exercise where the dragged item locks to the answer position if it is correct and flies back to the answer list if it is not. How is this done? I would also like to know how to lock objects onto a position on the screen and move them in certain planes eg to move a trolley image down a slope, or to rotate a gamma camera along the arc of a circle. How can this be done? I have seen it in some of the sample flipcharts on the website.
