Lost Vote Data!

I'm a new user and I just accidentally closed a flipchart without exporting the data first. Is there anyway to retrieve it? :(

Hi Kim,
Welcome to the Forum.....

As long as you Saved the Flipchart after the voting session, the data is still within the file.
When you open that Flipchart you will see the ACTIVote Session dialogue box - it will have a yellow square "The current flipchart contains results...." YELLOW IS GOOD :D
Click OK (don't click Remove Results..) and the flipchart will open.
Now you can Export those results in the usual way: Promethean Man > Flipchart > Export > ACTIVote Results...

If I have created a flipchart that needs to be used with different groups and I want to export the results later I rename and then save the flipchart it eg. Ron Weasley Quiz, Ron Weasley Quiz Class 5 etc.

What I like about this is that I still have my orginal flipchart without any results stored in it ready to use with another group.
