Point of rotation

Hi, I'm trying to create a clock face with hands that rotate from centre of clock (end of hand) 30 degrees on each click. No trouble on in Windows but I can't get hands to rotate any where else but from the centre. I am using object properties, action and restrictors but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
