Hi, does anyone know how to persuade the keyspan adapter to recognise the whiteboard after upgrading to 10.4? I tried reinstalling the keyspan drive - but no joy. Loks like I have to go back to a pc again!

Hi

Have you tried downloading the latest Keyspan driver? +wave+

the keyspan should work fine, it does on our system here. You may need to install the latest activdriver (2.1) as only the latest drivers are compatible with tiger.

Hi all

I  I try to connect serveral board to mac PPC through the keyspan serial device (19hs)

I tried the 1.8, 2.0 and 2.1 driver from keyspan. I use the 2.2 activdriver form Promethean.

The system needs time to connect to the board. Here is the console log of my 10.4.6 system.

Are we able to reduce this latency time when we log in ?

2.1 keyspan driver should be fine,

if you download our as2.2b42 software update then that contains activdriver 2.3b58. Install those updates and give it a go, try resetting your board and ensuring that you aren't using a USB hub.
