ActivDriver & Firmware Upgrades
Stay updated with the latest drivers.
This section provides a list of driver upgrades. However, please note it is not necessary to upgrade your driver if your current one is working correctly.
If you have any queries about your existing or upgraded driver, contact your ICT Co-ordinator or a member of Promethean Support.
There is a new ActivDriver available for download.
The key features of this release are:
- Support for Latvian, Polish and Slovak languages that ActivInspire 1.4 will be available in later in the summer
- Language support for ActivEngage
- Reported defect resolutions

ActivDriver 5.5 does not support the Power PC Mac Architecture, only Intel processor architectures are supported. The last version of the ActivDriver that supported the Power PC architecture was v5.2.7. This may still be downloaded from here. Before choosing to download this legacy driver, please check that you do not already have this version.
