Promethean Planet has worked with Vincent Hyland Learning to create a range of Interactive resources taken from the Skellig Rock site.
With an emphasis on exploration of the oceans, scuba diving, water wildlife and bird life, this collection of photographs, audio and video is one of the largest rich media content sites in Ireland dealing with living things.
Topics covered include marine and freshwater wildlife, underwater environments, whales, dolphins, fish, shellfish, invertebrates and plankton. Built with ActivInspire and specifically for the ActivClassroom, these interactive resources cover living things, human interaction with the environment, history, geography and caring for the environment we live in.
Teachers can choose from a selection of pre-prepared flipcharts on a range of topics or use the resource library to put together their own lessons.
