Verify which input on the projector the computer is plugged into. If you have a wall box between the projector and computer you will need to verify that your VGA cable is plugged into the correct input. Next if you have the VGA cable connected to Computer 1 on the back of the projector ensure in the menu settings that you are also set to Computer 1. Try another known working pen on the board and see if the issue replicates. If the second pen is fine try the first pen again and contact Support if pen still does not work

You will need a 100 or 300 series board with a power supply and 2.4 GHz ActivHub. With the board powered on and ActivHub connected into the computer click on the ActivManager Icon and select Register Wireless ActivBoard. Follow the onscreen instructions. There are a couple of ways you can calibrate the pen to the board.
If your Projector is a DLP (PRM25, PRM35, or EST) go into the menu using your remote and navigate to Installation 1. In the section for Projection use the <> arrows to flip the image right side up.
First ensure that the amp on the side of the board is powered on. On a Windows computer when you connect via USB the computer will usually automatically pick up the board as an audio device and begin transmitting sound. On a Mac you may need to go into ‘System Preference’ click on ‘Sounds’ and in the ‘Output’ tab select Promethean USB Audio.
