Go to the control panel for the Activpanel.
Windows: Click on the Windows Start button and choose All Programs (In versions other than Windows XP choose Programs). Then navigate to Tablet group and choose the Tablet option
Mac: In OS X, open System Preferences from the Apple menu or from the Applications folder. Then click on the tablet icon and select the Calibrate tab.
Make sure your drivers and software are up-to-date. This could help resolve any problems you may be experiencing.
